Hell yes! Aunt Elsie’s Summer Camp (and Emma’s too) YEAR TWO. You can see the pics from year one right here. This is our favorite tradition with our little nieces (ages eight and ten). I love them so much and treasure our special time together.
Emma made these adorable t-shirts!
Haha this is the only group photo we got. Too busy having fun I guess. 🙂
We went to Dinosaur World in Cave City, Kentucky. It’s about an hour or so from my house and so special, RANDOM and fun. The girls got to go mining for crystals and dig for fossils. It’s kitschy and so great!
Making s’mores and building forts.
How cute are they? I love watching their cousin bond grow and grow. Nova worships her older cousins. They’re her heroes.
Spa night. For sure the girls’ favorite activity. I let them wear as much makeup as they wanted the whole time (and it was a lot- haha) and they love playing with all my masks and getting manicures.
We did SO many crafts. They learned to embroider, which was really fun.
And made slime. So much slime. Every tupperware in my house had slime in it. haha
Cousins!
It’s still sinking in how much life has changed since last summer. When they came last summer we were waiting for a match.
I’m so grateful for this week. It was SO MUCH easier with Emma’s help (and more fun, of course).
I made the girls promise me that it will be a very, very, very long time until they are too cool or too busy to come to my summer camp. I would bottle it up if I could.
