Hi hi! Ever since I shared our autumn and halloween books I knew I wanted to share our holiday collection as well. I plan to add to it each year as our kiddos get older- but for the moment it’s something Nova can grow into. I had so much fun collecting these, and a few of them were gifts as well (books are the BEST gifts!).
Books: Snow Sisters!, Where’s Santa Claus?, How The Grinch Stole Christmas!, The Elf on the Shelf, Santa Mouse, Pick A Pine Tree, Little Penguins, Llama Llama Holiday Drama, Mice Skating, Silent Night, The Twelve Days Of Christmas, The Little Reindeer, Christmas Cookie Day!
Little Penguins
Nova’s current fave. She is obsessed with this book and I am obsessed with the adorable illustrations. 10/10
Snow Sisters!
How adorable is this? I love the vintage-y illustrations and, of course, the fact that it’s based on sisters!
Silent Night
One of our goals is to teach our kiddos about different religions, including Christianity. We love that the illustrations in this book portray the biblical characters with a variety of brown skin tones (as opposed to all white people, which makes no sense and frankly- needs to stop). It’s beautifully illustrated!
Santa Mouse
Nova looooves this book. It’s the sweetest story, and great for toddlers.
Pick A Pine Tree
This is another one Nova asks for every night. It’s adorable!
Mice Skating
I mean- mice wearing ice skates. AUGH.
The Little Reindeer
Sooo sweet. I love this story and the illustrations are just incredible.
Hope you find one here to add to your own collection. xoxo!
