Finally found that card reader- so here are some photos from our “Christmas morning” at home (which was technically several days early since we traveled to Missouri this year). It was a lot of fun since it was Nova’s first year to understand and anticipate Santa Claus.
We’ve always done a pretty busy holiday with as many as 4 different celebrations in 24 hours. It always worked for us, but this was our first year having a little kid and it was pretty exhausting. We spent a long time planning a new schedule to try next year to try to pace it out a little better- while still spending time with everyone in our family. Excited to try it out next year. In the meantime it felt good to get a plan in place. Christmas with kiddos is a whole new ballgame. Like whoa.
