Hello there! Just dropping in real quick to share a few personal photos from our easter weekend at home in Missouri. Mallory made us these beautiful custom dresses using the new ABM fabric (coming soon) and they were so much fun to wear!
I have been giving a lot of thought to what I want to share on this blog, how often and most importantly- why. I will definitely continue to share our adoption journey with you here, since that has become the main purpose of this space for this current season. Beyond that I am thinking seriously about what I want to share. As much as it makes ZERO SENSE I still feel drawn to old school, just-for-fun blogging. And while the ads we have here have created a bit of passive income (which went toward our current adoption expenses) it’s definitely a passion project and not a business to me. So we’ll see- I do kind of feel at a crossroads with it- either commit to a certain schedule or just let go of it a bit. Can you tell it bothers me to leave things undefined? I like to have goals and I hate the feeling that I am doing something half-heartedly.

Our family time was so so good! We even spent a whole night talking to my parents about politics until 1 am… something I never thought would happen!
We’re looking forward to spending more time in Missouri this summer, fall and winter- with TWO kids soon. Augh. I still can’t believe it’s happening so soon. We’re currently remodeling a house there where we can feel a bit more settled and hopefully stay for extra nights each time we visit.
