On Mother’s Day we volunteered to host dinner at our place. Since we’re the only ones in Jeremy’s family without children we thought it would be fun to treat the moms. It was crazy fun throwing this together. It was the first time that all of Jeremy’s family had come to our home at the same time (right before we move, of course!)

Ha! He’s probably playing dots. I love this photo because it captures our living room and suddenly I am REAL nostalgic about this home. At first I was so excited about the new house, the new city etc that I didn’t really get sad for a long time. But lately, realizing that very soon we won’t live here anymore is really hard. I know we’ll be coming back a lot (that definitely helps) but I’ve never really lived anywhere else and it’s weird.
Jeremy’s mom is so wonderful. We always say we have a tie for the best mom, because they are both such angels. We love them more than anything.
