Our home was recently photographed by my amazing friend Janae for Grazia Magazine. I shared a whole bunch of the photos as our living room tour (hooray- finally!) on ABM… but alas, there were even more photos that I wanted to share! So I present to you, a completely random tour of (some of) our home… in outtakes. Enjoy!
The mudroom is where we keep all the random stuff that doesn’t quite fit other places. I’m still working on it, but these lockers and this storage wall have helped so much.
Our downstairs living room is the hardest room to decorate, or at least arrange… so I guess it’s kinda funny that I shared it first. It has the best light. That is it’s virtue and I love it more every day. It’s our room that changes the most often… like constantly.
I love our yellow chairs. I’ve thought about painting them again (just because I love change) but I’m not sure I could love any other color more. Plus, they take forever to paint. Why would any sane person do that more than once in a year?
Our bar cart just might be my favorite “restyle” project ever. It was a lot of fun to paint and style, but more so it’s the gift that keeps on giving! Our friends and guests LOVE mixing their own cocktails. It’s so much fun!
I love this painting by my mom, Elizabeth Chapman. It’s one of my favorite things in our home.
Well… that’s our home (in outtakes!). Thanks so much for taking a peek. 🙂
