Tis the season for making new traditions! Jeremy and I have been making custom cocktails named after our friends. This is a boozy rootbeer float called (drumroll please?)………. The Skunkboy!
It is named after Katie and Johnny. Katie has an adorable plush business and blog called Skunkboy. So we decided to run with the skunk theme.
Be warned, this is a dangerous cocktail. It looks sweet and girly, but it’s deceptively stout. Here’s the recipe-
Needed: Root beer, Whisky, Root Liquor, White Chocolate, Vanilla Ice Cream.
Earlier in the day I prepped the glasses by brushing a stripe of melted white chocolate into the inside of each glass. I added several coats, allowing it to cool between each coat.
Mix 1 part Root liquor, 1 part Root Beer and 1 shot of whisky. Mix well and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream immediately before serving!
